What You Can Do:

  • Aim for at least one meal a day together as a family.

  • Set a time for dinner so everyone knows when they are expected to be at the table.

  • Meals don’t have to be fancy; paper plates, frozen food, as long as the family is together.

  • Pack up the kids and join the parent who is at work and eat in the car, the office, on the grass; 20 minutes together as a family is better than zero.
