Fact: Families are stronger when they eat meals together.
Why It Matters: Families are eating together less and less.

What You Can Do:
Aim for at least one meal a day together as a family.
Set a time for dinner so everyone knows when they are expected to be at the table.
Meals don’t have to be fancy; paper plates, frozen food, as long as the family is together.
Pack up the kids and join the parent who is at work and eat in the car, the office, on the grass; 20 minutes together as a family is better than zero.
